The pictures in all our listings are samples of completed houses purchased by our customers. Completed cabins to their specifications. You need to pay complete attention to the floor plan in each listing. Every layout also comes with a set of options and/or amenities which are included with those particular tiny houses for sale.
Published photos reflect what prior customers have done with our floor plans. No particular photo goes with any designated floor plan listed on our site, because the interior of any base cabin could house just about any floor plan we offer. As your home builder what can we offer you?
Our tiny cabins and small houses are classified as an RV with hidden wheels. Therefore, there are no property taxes. In order to keep it in this classification the square footage cannot exceed 400 square feet. It's simply amazing what we have been able to do with a space of that size.

SIMPLE 4-STEP PROCESS
Upon completion, we ship the cabin to our customers' properties, which they have already thoroughly prepared beforehand. The cabins are delivered ready for connection to their existing utilities such as water and sewer systems.
Please note: Elegant Rustic Cabins does not do any prep or property work whatsoever. It would be the sole responsibility of the Buyer to provide any and all hook-ups, to include skirting and any desired landscaping.

Due to product improvement, structural design and changing/modified Building Codes - Elegant Rustic Cabins, ERC Building Solutions and It’s A Tiny Home (all Elegant Rustic Cabins, LLC companies) fully reserve the right to change specifications, pricing, delivery fees, standard features vs. Upgrades, and company information of any kind without prior notification and/or obligation. We reserve the right to change, add or delete tiny house and tiny cabin features and/or specs at any time and without prior notification and/or obligation. Some features will automatically change with new/modified codes and/or product improvements, etc., and some features will automatically change due to RVIA Code, ANSI Code, our steel construction building codes and/or any construction built to International Building Codes.
Elegant Rustic Cabins® is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the cabin hook-ups/tie-down process upon or after delivery. This is solely the responsibility of our clients and their choice of fully licensed contractor(s) for all connections, hook ups, tie-downs and/or all related (or non-related) property work of any kind whatsoever. All prior property work to be completed, in advance of delivery, is also to be handled by our clients, solely and completely on their end.
